How to set up Alerts / Notifications
TradingView alerts provide real-time notifications when market conditions match your custom criteria based on indicators or strategies. For instance, when the Fractional Accumulation and Distribution Strategy triggers a buy or sell signal, you can receive:
- Visual pop-ups and audio alerts
- Email and email-to-SMS notifications
- PUSH notifications sent directly to your phone
Additionally, Essential, Plus, and Premium users can access webhook notifications for automated responses when alerts are triggered. Stay ahead with instant market updates tailored to your trading needs!
To create a strategy alert, you can:
- Use the “Add Alert” button on the Strategy title or “Strategy Tester” panel:
- Use the Condition drop-down menu
- Select our custom built-in ‘alert function calls only’ (or other options suited to your need)
- Select your preferred real time notification method
